Concord Farmers Markets is back after the Summer Holidays! Lots of fresh fruit and vegetables, Organic Butcher, Smoked Trout, Fresh meals so you don't have to cook, Coffee, Cakes, Treats, Plants and gifts galore! And of course the Rotary Team are back with the BEST Bacon & Egg rolls, where all proceeds are used to support the community by the Rotary Club of Concord.
